
Audio East Presents Mill City Bike Skate & Music Festival!
This ALL AGES event invites all skaters, BMXers, extreme sports and music fans & enthusiasts to a day of bike and skate demos / competitions by the area’s best, and some of the top local / regional bands.
"THE PIT" where the athletes will be performing under the lights with Audio East’s 20,000 Watt Sound System will feature" 4' Mini 1/2 Pipe ~ 4' Jump Box ~ 2' Fun Box with Grind Rail ~ 8' Roll In ~ 2 4' 1/4 Pipes ~ 4' Spine and More....
-The Music & Arts Stage will be hosting the regions best bands all day long with Audio East's 20,000 Watt Sound System and Intelligent Light Show.

Holy Ghost Society Fairgrounds ~ 65 Village Street Lowell MA
Conveniently located off of Route 28 (Rogers St) in Lowell MA, easy access from Route 495

COMPETITIONS
There will be BMX and Skate Contests- This will be held all day, & judges will be anonymous. There will be a "Best of Show" for the BMX or Skate performance. Cash Prize of $250 goes to the winner. The 2 finalists will have a showdown under the lights w/their choice of music. (you provide music via cd/mp3)

All participants MUST wear a helmet and knee/elbow pads and sign a liability waiver to receive a wristband. (wristbands get you into the ramp area with your bike/board) If you are under the age of 18 you MUST have a PARENT present to sign the liability waiver. You can also contact Ashley Stewart to email the waiver and have parent sign and have notarized. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS!
VENDORS
Merchant Booth- $75 - Includes a reserved 10x10 area for vendor to set up their own tent and wares. Also includes signage above your booth. Please add $25 for electricity in your booth.
SPONSERS
Ramp Sponsor - $500 - Includes your company's logo (you provide the signage up to 3'x12' Max Size) on the truss structure over looking The Pit and up to two logos (you provide) on the main ramp and additional logos on website and posters.
Ramp Sponsor JR - $250 - Includes your company's logo (you provide signage up to 3'x6' Max Size) on the truss structure over looking The Pit and up to two logos (you provide) on the main ramp with additional logos on website and posters.
Stage Sponsor - $500 - Includes your company's logo (you provide signage up to 3'x12' Max Size) on the truss structure over looking The Stage and additional logos on website and posters.
Stage Sponsor JR - $250 - Includes your company's logo (you provide signage up to 3'x6' Max Size) on the truss structure over looking The Stage and additional logos on website and posters.
